These conditions are applicable to all sales concluded with the restaurant Le Bellevue, 695 route du revard 73100 trévignin. As a result, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to respect them.
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time, and the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the reservation is made.
ARTICLE 1- PRICES
The prices indicated are in euros, service included, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the reservation, they extend per person. The current VAT rates will be applied, i.e. 10% for food and non-alcoholic beverages, and 20% for all alcoholic beverages and services Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification, or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically passed on to the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
It is specified that catering and drinks not consumed as part of a package cannot give rise to a price reduction, whatever it may be. No dispute concerning the price of the service can be taken into consideration later.
ARTICLE 2- RESERVATIONS AND MEANS OF PAYMENT

Reservations regardless of their origins will be payable in euros only.

ARTICLE 3-FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure means any event external to the parties that is both unpredictable and insurmountable, which prevents the customer in making his reservation, from performing all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. This will be the case in particular with regard to strikes by means of transport, hotel staff, government or public riots, or total or partial strikes hindering the smooth running of the restaurant or that of one of its suppliers, subcontractors, or transporters, as well as the interruption of the supply of energy and raw materials.
ARTICLE 4- COMPLAINTS-LITIGATION
Any complaint must be addressed to the restaurant Le Bellevue by registered letter A/R, and this within 15 days following the departure of the stay which is the subject of the said complaint. After this period, no complaint can be taken into account. We will appeal, if necessary, to the following consumer mediator:

ARTICLE 5- COMPUTER AND FREEDOM
The restaurant Le Bellevue offers wifi internet access. The user client undertakes that the computer resources made available to him will not be used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright, by a related right such as texts, photographic images, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights provided for in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code when this authorization is required.
Le Bellevue has a video surveillance system in the common areas of the building as well as in the car park.
ARTICLE 6- IMAGE RIGHTS
During your visit to the restaurant, we may ask for your consent to be photographed. Once your consent has been given, we may use the photographs for any public screening, advertising, press, social networks, website, electronic publications, postcards, or even decorative objects.
The restaurant Le Bellevue is expressly prohibited from exploiting the photographs likely to infringe the privacy or reputation of the person(s) photographed, nor from using the photographs subject to said authorization. on any support of a pornographic, racist, xenophobic nature or any other harmful exploitation. The restaurant will provide the person(s) photographed with proof of each publication, available on request.
By giving his/her authorization, the person(s) photographed confirm(s) that his/their authorization is given knowingly without compensation. The model(s) thus demonstrate(s) their interest in and support for the work of the hotel restaurant Le Bellevue. They will not be able to claim any remuneration due to the use of the images produced.
ARTICLE 7– APPLICABLE LAW
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is the case for the rules of substance as well as for the rules of form. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will fall under the jurisdiction of travel tourism mediation, and/or French courts.
